PHP Developer

I am looking for at least one offshore developers to work with us in developing a number of websites and other small PHP customisation projects. I am looking for someone to work with me fulltime from home, someone who takes tremendous pride in their work, and someone looking to work with me for the long-term. My budget is around around USD 400 per month directly to that developer. I am looking for someone with strong PHP and MySQL Experience. I would expect about 30-40 hours of work a week at least. Sometimes maybe more depending on workload. Any linux would be a bonus. We are a new company and are looking at growing rapidly and perhaps opening an off-shore development centre in about another 9-12 months. We can provide you with a fantastic opportunity.
