PHP/ASPX web app to manage MULTI Facebook Ads account from 1 place

I want to create a PHP or ASPX web app to manage multi Facebook Ads account in 1 place and can turn on/off ads campaign automatic. You need understand Facebook Ads to do this job. Features I need: - Can manage MULTI Facebook Ads account in 1 place. - When user login to this web app, verify them with a code sent to their email address. - Show result of ads campaigns with those columns: + Campaign name. + Delivery. + Impressions. + New messaging connections. + Post comments. + Cost per comment. + Messaging replies. + Cost per messaging reply. + Reach. + Budget. + Amount spent. - Auto turn on or off an ads campaign base on 3 conditions, I can using AND/OR option to combine conditions. Example, if "Impressions" is lower than 300 AND "Reach" is lower than 400 AND "Post comments" is lower than 30, then turn off that ads campaign. I can choose AND or OR formula. - User can manually turn off ads campaign. And I can filter which campaign is turn off by machine, which one is turn off by human. - Calculate "Reply rate", using this formula: Reply rate (%) = "New messaging connections"/"Messaging replies" * 100. - Can refresh and get new stats every X hours or manually (a refresh button). "X" can be changed. - Lock user to MAC address, only that MAC address can login and using this web app. - Can delete an ads campaign from this web app. - Can send email notification when user made ANY changes. Email notification will display in Vietnamese (I will provide translation), but web app is in English. - Send email notification if this web app detect errors.
