I need a website built that is similar to [login to view URL] for starting petitions. You must not copy this website completely, as it needs to look different, but it should have the same functionality of: 1. Manual signup, Facebook Signup integration, Google signup integration, email confirmations 2. Start a petition 3. My petitions 4. Browse petitions 5. Petition signing feature with social media sharing 6. Petition donation feature with stripe and PayPal integration 7. Real time ticker of signatures and donations on the side 8. Completely mobile responsive website 9. Must have a good design, I will provide you with a bootstap CSS template kit, and it will be up to you to choose which elements to use in the design process. Other things: - Must be built in PHP (preferably cake PHP framework or any other one) - MySQL database - Any front end technology of your choice Things I DON'T need: - Search feature - Subscription feature - Community Blog - What's happening homepage - Language selection You must quote for all of these features from start to finish.
