PDF/PSD to HTML work with compatibility to mPDF (php PDF export)

We search for a experienced PSD2HTML developer, who creates clean and easy to read CSS and HTML
You need to create us a HTML file with a separate (or embedded) CSS styles.
Both CSS and HTML have to be easily readable to other developers (they will review your work)
Your CSS has to be compatible with mPDF 5.6 (since this HTML+CSS will be used in mPDF to generate PDFs via mPDF)

We have created a POC to test how well we can handle our requirements with mPDF. See the html file in the folder. Do not use it as a template for clean coding!
How to deliver it:
preferred (you will get support from our side, if you have no experience with vtiger)
- use docker to setup vtiger 7.1
- install [login to view URL] in vtiger
- test your created HTML+CSS file in the quotes area of pdfmaker (pdfmaker is based on mPDF)
alternatively (not suggested)
- create a simple php file to use you HTML+CSS and generate out of it the corresponding PDF via mPDF (exact version will be given to you, afaik mpdf v5.6)
Quality-Gates
- clean HTML code
- clean CSS code
- no full page width or full page height backgrounds for HTML to have the image doing the styling. Pure HTML+CSS is required beside of some specific images or areas, which need to be solved by Images (logo, pictures, icons)
- use fontawesome or transparent images if icons are needed (show both solutions)
This is a hourly project, but you share us your fixed prices upfront per Milestone.
