Part time Open CV/Python developer required

I want experienced part time developer to work on some projects on regular basis. I plan to use the team for more than 2 years if I am satisfied with quality of work , response and commitment to work. I will need around 15-20 hours weekly and request the bidder to quote for 20 hours period ( per week basis ). Will later extend to monthly or quarterly period.
