We would like to find an experienced freelancer with access to a OTRS Free or OTRS Business platform ([url removed, login to view]) to develop and test a PHP script to perform some basic queries to the OTRS CMDB.

The only objective of this task is to configure the connection to the CMDB (webservice, API, direct access to the database, etc.) and perform some basic query such as gathering the name and ID of the latest CIs added to the CMDB.
