Oscommerce/Creloaded Order stock and sales report mod

Hi, I run a very heavily modified version of creloaded and am need of a programmer that can work within my requirements. I have a live site with confidential user data so direct access to the db and files is not available. I can email the necessary files to work with and on completion you would send me the modified files and proper db inserts. What I need is a new column on the order edit page titled "available." Under this column and in the product rows will be an editable field. This field will be pre-filled with the quantity available to ship which is determined by the amount of stock available for that particular product. For example, if the customer orders 5 of the same item and 10 is in stock, it will show 5 in the field. If the customer orders 5 and 2 is in stock, it will show 2. For accuracy, I would like the field to be updated with the quantity available at the same time the shopping cart deducts the quantity from stock. In addition to the aforementioned mods, I would also like mods to the sales report 2 page. I need the addition of an option to sort by manufacturers, a column for model number as well as a column called "qty to order." The values of this column will simply be determined by subtracting the total amount of items available to ship(from the"available" mod above) from the total quantity of items ordered. These mods will also need to be added to the csv and html export option. Please see the images attached for further clarification.
