Online Student Letter of Offer Request from Colleges

Development period 15 days Concept 1. School leavers(students) will browse & register what course & college they want to study 2. Students will be allowed to key in their A level results, and choose as many course option & college option for them to study 3. Once course/colleges chosen, their info will automatically routed to colleges concerned 4. Colleges will send an offer letter to them 5. Colleges will be able to monitor their students intake flow ( request for letter of offer, letter sent, acceptance & offer rejected , students registered at college) 6. Education consultants / School counsellors are also appointed esp to drive more students to register Business Model 1. Colleges must retain certain deposits in the system 2. Each request for letter of offer will b charged a minimal fee 3. As long as the credit is available, they will keep getting the request for letter of offer, otherwise the system will reject retain request for offer Portal features 1. Form to allow students to register themselves. 2. Students which are registered by agents / school counselllors, must be a field to name their education consultants or school counsellors 3. Form to request for offer 4. Colleges to register themselves & tick their relevant course 5. Admin will approve the college contents b4 uploading 6. Full List of courses available here. 7. Classified area 1- this are the area where colleges / training provider advertise for courses matters 8. Classified area 2- for human resource vacancy in education industry (for colleges) 9. Classified area 3- for unemployed in the education industry to advertise themselves for job hunting (for d unemployed)
