I would like to have a mobile app compatible with all mobile platforms available and also a website (SPA is better )portal with the following features
1. User /aprtment community registrations
2. Generate online parking permit and generate QR and non QR guest pass
it should have user registration form
phone validation/ address validation through OTP and should be able to match with existing data like phone number address etc.,
ability to pre load data
I prefer like SPA based applications, not PHP..angularjs with nosql preferable technical stack
Ability to validate existing codes for the centralized verfication...
Node A ->Node B ->Node C . If Node C wants to register , then has to get permissions from Node B through OTP validation etc., Node B should validate with Node A where Node A being centralized access for data and Node A will register with app by providing confidential data and should have verified with registration form.
Terms and Conditions should be provided on signup
App should be modular
should be providing updates on daily manner and constructive feedback is provided
Admin portal - for pre load data, excel/csv formats
able to update
