Odoo POS | Add feature to the Point of Sales

We would like to deploy Odoo for our Music Festival.
The first module that we will use is the point of sale (POS). Points of sale will be deployed during the festival on several tablets and ticket printers.
The Odoo POS module does not print a separate ticket for each item sold. This function is necessary for our festival.
Required work :
Adapt the POS module to allow printing of a ticket / voucher for each - sold item, for the same addition.
- or create an add-on module for printing, in addition to the receipt, a voucher per article
Concrete example :
A customer buys 3 beers, a sausage and a bottle of wine. He will have to collect his purchases at different locations, but not necessarily at the same time. He will pay several beer, receive 5 separate tickets and go to get a first beer, then an hour later another, etc.
The adapted code should be well documented.
