Nextcloud or Owncloud Developer Needed

I need an Expert who's worked with Nextcloud or Owncloud before to check out an installation I've been running for about a year. I'd like to: 1. Optimize the script based off usage and statistics 2. Add Additional Functionality- We primarily use this as a digital transfer of files. Office computer uploads to cloud for file delivery to a client specific computer that automatically syncs. We have about 6 clients. After 48 hours of successful synchronization, I'd like the file to automatically be deleted off the web server. All clients are supposed to have desktop sync installed and on. If a user has not downloaded in a week, that's bad, so I'd like an alert when files have not been downloaded. I have an additional script that gives me that info, but i have to click a few times to get to it- i want an alert when files arent downloaded so we can address the issue before client knows. All together, this work would take an expert with a good working knowledge of owncloud or nextcloud about 3 hours to optimize and about 6-8 hours to add that functionality Whatever you build needs to work with future updates and not get in the way of stuff too much. I'm ok with major releases, I just need it good with updates
