Need Wordpress MultiSite developer for quick tweaks

Hello,
I have Wordpress network Multisite and I have few tweaks that I need on my network.
1. I have a page with all our Network Sites - We need to hide registered sites with "no-index" on sites list. So if Site registered with "noindex" option ON, his site won't show.
2. Need to customize Wordpress multisite creation page a little bit / create new custom fields that will be printed/sent to our Network Sites index page.
3. If you read everything please add number "10" to your proposal.
Looking for normal price but very good Wordpress Multisite developer, who knows everything!
