Need to use http requests to build a page that listens to requests. the request will contain a JSON file with the format similar to the attached. the request will contain an array of recipients. the page to be built needs to send emails to those recipients based on other information in the JSON file. Based on the status to of the sent emails, we need to send response back to the requestor. I can provide the php commands if needed.
