Need a talented freelancer to make a list of changes to my Wordpress/WooCommerce website

I have a list of changes that need to be performed on my website. Some of these changes involve creating a dynamically loaded product page from a search bar using conditions and data from a database. Working with cookies and modifying plugins. Also involve showing a different home webpage depending on conditions. Full List: Home Page: 1. Centralised Form and Next button 2. Load Suburbs when beginning to type postcode or suburb (Must not be powered by google) 3. Once Suburb is selected next is hit webpage can continue to Compare Page 4. If cookie has already been saved where Suburb, Capacity and Date has already been entered then redirect to Search page. (cookie to expire after a certain period) 5. Have How It Works always showing at the bottom of the page no matter the screen size. - If cookie exists redirect to Search Page Compare (Capacity): 1. Centralised Form and Next button 2. Only allow numbers in Form - Min = 1 Max = 100,000 3. Click Next - Save Data and go to Date page. 4. Only continue if completed correctly. - If no cookie exists redirect to Home Date: 1. Only continue if completed correctly. And Date Selected is in Future 2. Check DB if Postcode selected is in service area. a- If so - Show Search Page b- If not - Show Coming Soon Page 3. Save Suburb count in Database +1 - If no cookie exists redirect to Home Coming Soon: 1. Centralised Form and Next button - If no cookie exists redirect to Home Search: 1. Load product categories as Icons 2. Change search bars functionality to load WooCommerce products on the page as opposed to in the drop down menu 3. Disable the individual product page (if products are clicked) and replace with a light box of the product (View More) Customise View More 4. Disable the individual category pages (when category is clicked) dynamically load all sub-categories OR products 5. Disable the individual sub-category page (when sub-category is clicked) dynamically load all products THAT ARE AVAILABLE ACCORDING TO POSTCODE AND DATABASE CONDITIONS 6. Load pricing based on list of prices, range and maximum savings. FROM DATABASE 7. Cart Sidebar - Add SHARE CART Button to bottom of bar and hyperlink - If no cookie exists redirect to Home Cart: 1. Add total savings column and cart total savings. 2. Hide empty cart button in cart. 3. Customise page - Location of buttons and info slightly - If no cookie exists redirect to Home Checkout: 1. Load suburb from cookie 2. Hyperlink Terms and Conditions 3. Move position of Terms and Conditions and Order recap to right hand side of page. 4. Change Proceed to Payment Button to "Pre-Book" Start Over Button: 1. If start over button is clicked on Compare/Date Page = Go Back to Home + Clear Cookie + Empty Cart 2. If start over button is clicked on any of the other pages - Show popup asking to confirm to start over and losing progress a. If cancelled do nothing b. If confirmed - Go back to home + Clear Cookie + Empty Cart All changes need to be documented on exactly how they were completed so that if they need to be reverted or changed again it can be done.
