Need some code to drop '0' in UK mobile numbers and add 44 on the fly

Currently using RSForm! Pro and want to have some script which will drop the '0' in UK mobile numbers and any white spaces on the fly. Script need to work within RSForm! Pro scripting. I know there is script out there that does precisely this but I want someone to check the script and inform me how and where to install it. To be clear.... Mobile number entered: 07895 232354 would need to be changed to 447895232354. It does not need the + symbol. This script is required to allow all the mobile numbers to conform to an SMS providers criteria.
