I need a General insurance information system (IRIS)
With the following modules inside:
Partners - The category of partners includes all natural or legal persons with whom the system interacts at a given time. Among the partners we find: clients, agents, beneficiaries of compensation, witnesses, guilty and injured, etc.
Objects - the module allows to manage all insurable objects (interests) such as: persons, cars, buildings, goods, etc. Risks and branches - managing the risks to which the objects and branches are insured, respectively of the types within the branches of which they belong.
Product development - allows the development of new products by combining different objects and risks associated with insurable clauses, dangers and events. It allows the definition of the general framework in which the user has the freedom to move when managing his own portfolio or the one resulting from intermediation for another company.
General policies - the way to collect specific information from insurance policies. The module allows the operation of information for any type of user-defined policy.
Portfolio management - allows uploading and defining insurance policies, as well as defining annexes. Ensures follow-up of the policy expiration period and warns about this.
Premium collection (booklets) - allows to track the maturities of the policies and the way in which the amounts due to the policy were collected (bonuses, taxes, indexations, etc.)
Agents - commission calculation - allows the definition of the way in which the agents participate in the profit of the company through commissions of different types (collection, acquisition) as well as its follow-up. Optionally, from this module connections to the personnel and salary calculation system can be defined.
Damage - records all the damage that occurred in the portfolio. The documents required to solve the file, the resulting technical reserves, the payment reports, the recoveries, the regressions and the compensations with the first debt due to the insured are followed.
Standard reports - the lists regarding the normal conduct of activities up to the monthly situations including ASF reports according to the standards in force.
Statistics - lists whose coverage is greater than the current month
Links between modules - ensures the transfer and exchange of information between the three systems: insurance, reinsurance and accounting. The generation of accounting notes in CONTIF is carried out simultaneously with the introduction of information in the IRIS system.
Management of connections and access rights - allows the attribution of access rights of the personnel accessing the computer system as well as ensuring the monitoring of these accesses (indicating the date and time when a certain person performed certain operations on the system - updating existing information, editing some reports and lists, etc.).
I want this to be the technical application for issuing and administering insurance contracts (introduction of policies, installments, cancellations, receipts, renewals, calculation of technical reserves, commissions, etc.);
If you are making it as software, then give it the ability to receive XML files and sort them and i think the rest should be fine
