Basically: I have an HTML template; a nice UI kit with placeholders for everything.
I need a creative person to brainstorm with, and help build this site. I'm a bit overwhelmed with where to start, so an experienced coder with a strong front-end + PHP background will help.
I only want to hire you for 2-3 hours, to put the pieces together, and start building a website.
So, to summarize. I have an idea, I have a UI kit, I'm just overwhelmed with where to start and could use a hand getting the beginning of this idea started.
