Need Custom PHP integrated in Worpress Website Template

I currently have a buy sell trade website based on wordpress. I have a template loaded in and currently need a few things added above my skill level. I host via Digital Ocean VPS.
Things I need done:
1. Integrated popout chat for logged in users when buyer is interested in a ad. Similar to this site:

the chat here is called Zechat and is a PHP plugin which I can purchase if needed.
If possible I will have other customization jobs for the right candidate.
