i need TV app for mobile and pc + mac.

need this :

Country List

TV Channel List

Recording option

Run Live through website.

Ad Management

Channel restriction option for country/state etc

Need Banner AD management/run option/ stop option from Admin.

Admin part need where we can check every user.

Subscription option. Free with Ad management , paid will not show any ad. set paypal payment

in this app option need to add Channel Private (means if we have movies/show/ad then it will play on it).

Need demo before award.
