Need to add new feature in android app and need to add in web and api-2

Admin panel already created and also have rewarded app. Only need our required features need to add in admin panel , in api, and in app. In admin panel there need to create a section where admin can upload email lists . need to create campaign section , where admin can create campaign with HTML email template, subject, campaign time, attach created email list. And from api these emails will be fetched to user in the app. User will see the list of emails and when user click on email it will open their default email client of app with preloaded subject, email content and to email . User will send emails Campaign setup will be done on web server by admin. In campaign setup. Admin will create emails, subject , email list ( email list will be uploaded in database by admin ). Campaign is set of emails and an email template. Only one campaign will run at a time , multiple campaign can be created. Campaign will stop running only when it is disabled or its email lists has finished ( all emails sent). Email lists are bulk emails. When any user has sent emails to the email from campaign then no other user can send emails to the same email from the same campaign. Next Users will see the list of 10 emails once, when they click more then it will load 10 more like that user will see the email lists , where user will click only and send only. And each campaign time will be set in admin. Then at that time only user can work. Free user will get only 20 emails daily , paid user will get 200 emails daily This value also can be set from admin Like captcha work Currently in app 5 captcha for free user and 10 captcha for paid user Set up can be done from admin. From rewarded ads and daily check in , user can earn bonus coins that coins can't be withdraw , that coins can be used to increase work emails. we need to track each email that sent Whenever email receiver click on any link that is in the email. Then we will track and save in the record, that's click Which user clicked and the email sender record and ip of receiver for uniqueness and reduce fraud click We will pay 20 paisa on per click for free user and 60 paisa on per click for paid user We need report of users on daily, weekly and monthly basis. How many emails they sent, how many clicks they got and how much they earn. Admob is already added, only need to add facebook mediation and admob mediation ( need to add native ads , banner ads and interestitial ads) Referral income system need to fix. -> Currently any user refer any user getting commission. -> We need to change it. Any user refer to any user then will not get any commssion until referred user didn't become pro user ( pro user means paid user). For Direct refer - get Rs300 2nd level refer will get Rs25 3rd level refer will get Rs25 4th Level refer will get Rs25 5th Level refer will get Rs25 upto 5 level only. -> Need to send to notification for each earnings, refers etc -> Need reminder daily 10am to check in in the app, also need to remind if user doesn't open app continously 3-4 days.
