Our website HowClip needs a lot of improvement. So good that it can compete with WikiHow, eHow, SkillShare, MasterClass, YouTube, etc. The areas of improvement include UI, UX, trial and error adjustments after user-testing, payment system, analytics, function optimization and overall look and feel of the website. Website features beyond the front page: - there is admin page where I can control the videos and descriptions, etc. - the users have profiles they can customize. - the video upload process is complex Differentiation: For example, you upload a 5 minute video, and you can cut it up into 5 videos, define the times of the clips, and do a deep categorization of it. This is meant to save users time from watching basic content they already know in a long video, and skip to the very specific areas they would like to improve. There is a search function where (watchers) users go through 5 level category selection process, I need that to be as user friendly as possible, and it needs to sync up with the process the (uploader) user follows when they upload videos and categorize them.
