Multi-page Online Form with PHP Form Validation

You need to combine the above two form pages and create a multi page online form similar to the one shown in the below video, Link: [login to view URL] 2. Set PHP based form validation for all the form elements. 3. The entered form inputs should be remembered (sticky) when moving across back and forth between the two steps just like shown in the video. This should be implemented through php session variables. The attached zip file contains all the project files. Just extract the zip file into your web root and create a database using the provided sql file. P.S: This project is a re-post. Due to some changes I closed the earlier version.
