Modify current Theme based site

I currently have a Wordpress theme based site that I would like to have modified in appearance and capabilities. The site is a directory based site where users can find people who offer services. Sort of like this site. The site is functional but I would like to change the appearance of three forms (color, labels, and prepopulated text in fields), fix the Javascript Google Map function (keep getting errors), and modify search options. Also need to add a form so public user can describe the problem that needs to be addressed—this should take place when a subscriber is contacted. If the initial work is good then I’d like to move ahead with sV2. Add scheduling ability (example connecting to subscribers to their google calendar ), add feature to allow subscribers to post available appointment so public users can self schedule, Add features to select whether to charge subscriber when an appointment is made, when an email is sent to subscriber, or when the profile is clicked. Specific tasks of initial project: Public search result screen Remove current search options and add new options to allow users to search by hourly rate, business area, skills, education, rating, proximity. Change the color of the text that appears over search options (currently white which blends in to white header) Add ability for public user to complete a form describing the nature of the work to be done, description of the business problem, history of the company, past effort to fix the problem, number of employees, Subscriber page Add ability for users to upload resume, education certification and credentials, and a form of picture identification so site administrators can verify. Add fields so subscribers can list education and credentials and make it possible for public to include this information in their search Add a verification check mark to subscribers bio page to signify that admin has verified identification, references, credentials. Add ability to store PayPal and credit card information to charge to when subscriber receives a lead. General: Remove subscription button from most pages (only need it on homepage and search page)
