Modification to Magento

We are a company that one year ago we launched an e-shop based on Magento platform. Currently, we are using an old e-store and we are building a new one with better user interface experience and to solve all the issues that we faced in the old one instead of working on the old one. We did the following: 1-A Porto theme was chosen to be our new theme and here is the link for the theme: [login to view URL] 2- The theme was installed and hosted in Nexcess servers 3- some modifications were done on the theme as changing the product page layout 4- All products were imported but the images still not uploaded. What we need: 1- Update the Magento to 1.9.1 (latest version) and make sure the front end and back end is working fine. 2- We would like to use the new Magento color swatches option in the version 1.9.1. However, we need to do some custom styling to make it as the current extension look on the front end. 3- Installing RMA extension: A) To manage the RMA (return orders from customers). The extension is by Ahead Works. It needs some styling to match our theme look. We bought the extension. [login to view URL] 4- We have a bank transfer option for payment but we need the client to confirm which bank name, account and order# he used to make the transfer. We want a form embedded in the order confirmation email if the client chooses to pay by bank transfer so he can choose from the form field all the information that we need to confirm his order and he can submit it through the email.
