MLM site finished for launch

I have a mlm site which is in the middle of pre-launch, current programmer has coded in ASP.. Due to some issues with quality and bad communication I am somewhat stuck in the middle of pre-launch. I need a programmer with MLM experience to either A. Check out current system and add our payment systems and product systems and other functions in admin panel needed or B. Just re-install completely new system using the language you prefer.. As it stands right now, I really just need our payment solution integrated with our product and our template configured to where I can edit the site using templates functions via admin panel.. I will give you our website and back office login so you can see where we are at .. We have 2 payplans .. A 4x4 matrix and a standard 4 level unlimited width plan.. The matrix pays on wholesale orders, while the unilevel pays on retail sales.. Current email is set up on sign up form to mail chimp and transaction email is being sent through Mandrill. Which you can change the email notifications to be sent directly from our mail servers if needed.. I just need to be able to finish this pre-launch and start accepting payments. Which I need to be able to make some changes to design , and current landing pages and accept payments where it logs our affiliates and I can pay them.. I could just buy a pre-build script and have them install it on our website and may have to go that route if the bids are not reasonable.. I'm willing to offer a small profit share in addition to payment if your willing to work with me, as my budget is getting low at this stage in the project..
