Migrate web site from IIS to nginx

The site currently serves standard client-side JavaScript as well as a PHP module that is responsible for sending emails. We will provide the site code and direct a new URL to a new Ubuntu 16.04 test server, and will provide root access to the server.
Your job will be to migrate the site as well as document all configuration required to run the site on the new server. Once installed, the site must have HTTPS enabled using LetsEncrypt. All installation and configuration must be scripted. Your configuration document and script must replicate on another server with the same OS.
In order to be considered for this project, please describe your experience with IIS, Apache and NGINX.
