Make modifications to a PHP CAKE based website. -- Repost -- 2

Site code to modify : [login to view URL] How the Website currently functions : New members will need a invite code from existing registered users to join the site. Usual account activation procedure follows, sending activation link to new user's email etc etc. New user's account stays inaccessible unless email verification is completed. Upon email verification, the first login takes the new user to the registration page where the new user will select his subscription level. New users will pay a registration fee which gets approved & verified by the system admin manually. After which the account becomes fully accessible and the user becomes eligible to receive a sponsor. User makes his donations directly to their sponsors and the sponsors would need to do the confirmation manually Upon donation it makes the new user eligible to receive 2 "downlines" for that package. Conditions to receive first downline is as follows Pay registration fee or have an active registration fee Pay sponsor your donation and be approved. Also wait for for the fixed date according to the system 5days then et sponsor. Then the system will give you a "downline". Getting off the first downline is done manually by Admin but I want it to be automatically done Condition to receive the second downline The user must activate a new package - This option, for now, is done manually, I want the system to automatically attribute a sponsor to the user so users don"t make the request manually anymore. (automatic sponsor pairing) Once the user has paid his second donation on the new package then his first package becomes eligible to receive the second downline. Note that this will be applicable to all the packages any user has on his account. His second package will receive the first downline and receive the second he will make another donation via recommitment. Once the user receives 2 downlines on each package then the lifeline of such package is finished, it's a 2x1 matrix. --- Overview of the mods needed : > Auto pairring of sponsors and downline > Registration timeout > Re-commitment to activate second downline for each package.
