Sir, I see you want to upgrade Magento 1.7.0.2 to Magento 1.9.3.X latest version and theme shopper theme too. I have completed numbers of upgrade before so good experience with it . Here is process we will follow. 1. We will take full backup of website in local and upgrade first in local. we will test all issues and make it work. 2.
