Interface to a Magento website -
Requirements:
1. Generate sales orders as text file for FTP download
2. Process uploaded FTP product information text file
3. Upload images & process into product catalogue

Magento orders to be placed in a designated folder in a Windows/PC bar (|) delimited ASCII format. The format being:
Order No|DD-MM-YY|Time|Customer Name|Address, etc.|SKU|Qty|Price|Payment Method (Paypal, Credit Card, Direct Debit, Pickup from store)
The data is presented in simple flat file format. So if an order consists of 3 different SKU's, there are 3 lines in the text file for that order.
Therefore order number, date/time, address details and payment method are simply repeated. Only the SKU, Qty and Price being different for each line item, i.e.,
390311|260515|10:11|John Smith|...
390311|260515|10:11|John Smith|...
390311|260515|10:11|John Smith|...
390312|260515|10:15|Harry Jones|...
A very detailed specification elaborating on the above will be provided.
The generated orders file needs to have the format: [login to view URL]
It will be generated every 30 minutes. The file name will be the Day/Month/Year plus time with the file extension .ETR
If there are no new orders in any 30 minute period, an *.ETR file is not generated.

Ability to upload via FTP a text file in Windows/PC bar delimited (|) ASCII format.
The file will consist of the following fields:
SKU, description, quantity in stock, retail sell price, wholesale sell price, Product Type, image reference (base), image reference (small)
Once uploaded, the Magento system will periodically import the file into the Magento product catalog.

Ability to upload images. These will be placed into a Magento folder and Magento will periodically integrate them into the product catalog.
The file names will be image references. For example, the data file in (2) above might have an image reference of IMAG413333 and the file name uploaded with have a file name of [login to view URL] and so on.
