Hi Freelancers,
I am currently looking for a Experienced Developer to Manage my current website. This is a large website and we need changes done and future maintenance.
Please note the following;
1). Developer must have 10 + years experience in PHP Custom Framework
2). Developer must deliver on time (This is extremely important) otherwise no payment will be made and we will have to replace you.
3). Honesty and fast communication. We expect the developer to be completely honest and respond to me or my staff immediately. Our company is very sensitive and their is always urgent things that need to be done.
4).We will work on a hourly rate. I will give you the task, and you will tell me how many hours it will take you to complete. (We have IT staff in the office and we know how long tasks should take, so please be reasonable with the amount of hours you provide).
5). No milestone or payment until the task is complete. After i give you the task, i will see it, test it, and if its delivered on time and working 100%, then payment will be done immediately with no delay.
6). When implementing a new task, you must not/ or be extra careful not to cause bugs for other functionalities. We dont want to spend extra time fixing bugs that were mistakenly made.
7). I must have a mobile number in case of an emergency.
8). Our company is willing to pay up to $10 AUD per hour depending on your reviews and experience. This will be a long term project, so if you fulfill our requirements, you will always be busy.
