I need a functional loan and investment application using my old design as a reference and picking all component mentioned in excel sheet and those not written in excel but in the deign. developer should have the below knowledge: 1. SMS intergation 2. cron job 3. Api' integration e.g BVN, NIN 4. ability to convert excel loan and investment calculator to web functioning page. 5. Email notification 6. arithmetic in web application using BODMAS. CREATING NECCESARY LOGICS. See attached excel for developer documentation. 7. Account validation via email to login as a new user. 8. Real-time dashboard showing activities in the system. 9. REVENUE GRAPH ETC NOTE: THE APPLICATION IS ALL ABOUT APPLYING FOR LOAN VIA THE WEBSITE WHICH I CREATED ALREADY, THEN INFORMATION WILL BE SUBMITTED INTO THE WEB APPLICATION HERE ADMIN AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE USER CAN TREAT THEM. THERE WILL BE STAFF ADMIN, ADMIN AND SUPER ADMIN. THE APPLICATION WILL HAVE ALL FUNCTIONALITIES A STATED IN THE EXCEL ( DEVELOPER DOCUMENT ) INVESTMENT: PROSPECTIVE INVESTOR CAN SIGNUP FROM THE WEBSITE AND ACCOUNT VALIDATED VIA THEIR EMAIL, AFTER LOGIN INTO THEIR PORTAL, THEY CAN APPLY FOR INVESTMENT, IT OTHER FUNCTIONS STATED IN EXCEL SHEET. DASHBOARD FOR LOAN AND INVESTMENT SHOULD SHOW REAL -TIME OF SYSTEM INFORMATION. LOAN CALCULATOR IN REDUCING AND FLAT RATE WILL BE CONVERTED TO WEB PAGE AND FUNCTIONAL. ABILITY TO SAVE CALCULATOR RESULT FOR EACH LOAN. INVESTMENT CALCULATOR SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO WEB PAGE AND FUNCTIONAL. SEE OTHER IN EXCEL ATTACHED. YOU ILL ADJUSTMENT HERE NECESSARY. SYSTEM SHOULD EXECUTES LOGICS IN LOAN REPAYMANT AND INVESTMENT REFUND.
