LAMP/MySQL optimisation

I'm looking for a competent DBA/LAMP stack expert who can help me optimise my MySQL 5.7 [login to view URL] file for maximum efficiency. My website is on a dedicated server and has a fairly high volume of INSERT/UPDATEs and currently suffers from unexpected downtime as a result of poor configuration.

In addition you may need to review my current PHP-fpm setup as well.

I am not a Linux expert and I need one to help me stabilise my website ASAP.
