Jquery guru to modify a wordpress mp3 player

Hello, I need someone with strong jquery knowledge to modify the player on my wordpress website: [login to view URL] Every post has a meta field with a mp3 url. So what I need is: -When user click on any of the thumbs of the home, the player will play the mp3 associated to that post. -Next button in the player, will play the mp3 associated to the next post. Etc Thank you!
