Hi! I want to outsource attached project. It should be Joomla - Based html, php, css, js coded with full-RWD (I will attach mobile layouts - are easy and "similar" to desktop).
Everything can be based on native Joomla functions or JS/HTML (despite of form, tabs slider, news highlighter I suppose).
You can find every necessary info on attached layouts or ask me. I'll send PSDs of course. Pixel perfect (with font - weights, line-heights, letter - spacings etc) are required. Everything you see on frontend should be manage-ready from backend of course.
