On a new Joomla 3.8.x website we are establishing, we use the Minitek Smart Search component from [login to view URL], for searching Joomla Smart Search Index for various items - mostly articles and indexed PDF documents. However - when searchresults are presented, they are shown in one long list of articles from various article categories and indexed PDF files, and we need to have this "categorised" for the users, so the results are presented with the searchresults sorted. If you look a the demo the the same developers component called Live Search, they are presenting the searchresults more or less like we would like to - see [login to view URL] Try search for the word "you" and see the searchresults in the "dropdown" below the searchfield - this is close to what we need, exept, we also need to be able to categorise the articles in "sections" named after the first level of the created categories. This means - we have a number of first level Article Categories called Guides, Videos, Manuals, FAQ etc. and under each category a number of subcategories. We just need the search results presented in "sections" called "Guides", "Videos", "FAQ" etc. as presented in attached mockup of desired search results. A few extra comments: The search is purely based on the indexed information in Joomla core Smart Search. We need to be able to style the results via css, in a similar way as the mockup. Today we just have Joomla articles and PDF files (indexed via OS PDF Indexer - [login to view URL]) in the index. We have valid licenses to the used components from [login to view URL] as well as access to documentation and support. We would like to have the customizing developed as MVC override, which the Smart Search component supports, so we are able to update the component when [login to view URL] releases them - at least if the releases are smaller updates. We are really in a hurry, and need a developer who can deliver a finished result nov. 17 2017 at the latest. We would prefer if the developing take place on our server, which we will provide full access to. Ofcourse it is OK to develop on own server, and implement the code on our server, when it works. We need the developer to give us all code - either as a installable package or zip-file with full instructions about implementation. We are available for any questions in need of clarification as well as during the entire period for developing. The customization needs to support Joomlas multilanguage functionality, as the site is multilangual - english is primary language.
