Hey I can do this using Python Django framework also. Why python over nodejs? Because to make any changes in future it will quick fix in python which even you will be able to do it. I can do this in nodejs also. But then Everytime you wish to make changes you will have to hire a developer. I will host the same on AWS which gives a free tier for 1 year.
