Job and Customer backend

My site is running on Wordpress. Everything is set up with woocommerce shop. After someone bought a specific product in my shop i want to be able to do the following things: there should be a backend. Connected to wordpress users database. Means the user information there is used and especially theuser roles. at the backend theres a login (in case theres no loggin session saved). Afterwards there are 3 roles. The Client (the woocommerce account which registered himself), the worker account (which works for me), and me, the admin who starts projects there. I create the project with details (visible) for my workers and an invisible part (only visible for me). The workers can apply for that project. I can review the applications and accept a worker for the job. Afterwards the worker and the client get an email. The worker that hes accepted, the client that the project has started. Afterwards the workers sees on the backend his active jobs (some listing) and can view now the invisible part of the project. After he has done the job he can set it to finished. The client and the admin gets an email that the job is done. My client really wants a simple and easy to use solution. So it shouldn't cost too much. leave your offers and i forward it for you. Notes: Choose a solution which fits best to your needs. It mustn't be managed over wp-admin, it can be managed through a seperate page with dbconnect for userdata and roles.
