I I am looking for a professional to create a base project where I will configure a set of data (DB) that should be sent to the cloud using MQTT. The goal is to create a server that will be hosted in my company running some edition of open source linux or windows, to be defined. This server must have an open SQL database where the information should be divided by "plc client". With PHP application on the server, there should be a user register with access definition where I can assign which PLCs the user will have access to. The user having access to a certain bank, he must view a basic Dashboard with the information of the data received from the referred PLC. It will be a differential to create a report with filters that allow the user to identify the operating status of his PLC in a given period.

Have MQTT driver both as a broker and subscriber and implemented it with PLCs. Since it is not clearly stated that there is work to be also done in PLC, I am assuming that part is not part of this job scope. The database used will be MS Sql, programming in .net. If something else has to be used, please advise and confirm. PHP is asked and we are proposing .net. the budget for such a task seems low, please advise and then we shall revisit & revert with realistic figures. The bid is placeholder only.
