Tengo una tienda online con Magento 1.9.2.1 y de repente ha empezado a fallar la subida de imágenes en los productos. ESto es lo que me dice la empresa de Hosting: "Hemos detectado un error generalizado en muchas web con Magento donde no se puede realizar la subida de imágenes a través del backend. El error que avisa de esto figura así en el core de Magento: ‘Disalollowed file format’" Se corrige instalando el parche SUPEE-8788 correctamente pero la instalación de este parche requiere la instalación de un parche previo. [login to view URL] Necesito un desarrollado con experiencia demostrada en Magento e instalación de parches. No se si sería recomendable directamente actualizar a una versión superior de Magento y ahorrarme estos parches.
