Hi there, Your requirement is specific and quite clear so no questions. I can either create a magento module to implement the feature or an external component handling this via API depending on your choice. If you're planning to integrate this wholesaler with other tools, outside of magento, in future external component would be a better choice. If not, module would be a better call.
