We need you to implement 3 individual standard contracts into ZOHO Invoice. They need to be personalized automatically (fields like company name, adress, etc. need to be implemented in the contract word files) within ZOHO Invoice. Therefore, the fields from Zoho need to be implemented into our contracts. If we send an offer to a new company, we need to have the option to add and send out as well one, two or three automatically personalized contracts (as PDF files) together with the offer. The add contract option (available for 3 contract individually) must be "by click".
