ICO Website, Token and Smart Contract Development

This is for an upcoming ICO Project, and we are seeking for a team who can walk with us from the initial to the final stage. Previous experience in Smart Contract Development on Ethereum is a must. Your token development skills should be top-notched, as anyone can practically make their own token using readily available resources online. Usage of ready-made templates online (without improvement) is an absolute NO-NO!
The website will be subject to stringent penetration testing, so Wordpress is another NO-NO.
Ideally, your team should have the following:
Prior experience in an ICO launch
Prior experience in creating ERC20 tokens
Prior experience in smart contract development
(all bidders are required to give references for the above 3 requirements for verification)
Our whitepaper is already completed, and the website and token creation is the 2nd step.
If you are outside of Singapore, we intend to bring 3-4 of your team members onsite as a support during the ICO Stages (there will be 3). The duration will be less than a month, and the intention is just for ad-hoc technical support so you may bring your other work onsite. All expenses (airfare, accommodation and visa) will be paid for by us.
Once the ICO is completed, the platform will need to be developed, and if your team has done well, we will give that work to you. There are a total of 3 projects, and this will be just the 1st so this work will be ongoing for at least 9 months to a year.
Bids from freelancers without the relevant experience will be rejected. This is for a team, not for a one-man team.
