I have two woocommerce gateways that wont work together, need quick fix

for example, go to this link ---> [login to view URL] put in a dollar amount, then proceed to donate. once you go to checkout screen it should show a paypal option and a stripe option it does not. I am using "paypal adaptive and a stripe adaptive gateway. I just need to be able to give visitors the option to use either one at checkout. thanks if you are not great with woocommerce please dont bid. this needs to be fixed by tonight.
