as the title says pretty much. but i will explain it a little more so you could understand.
Ok so i have a script of a website which and i want you to launch my domain using this script.
its basically a click counting website for affiliates. where you are able to add affiliates, pay them etc.
but it has a problem that it does not count by country. which is what i would want to fix. plus once the site is up and running then if i am satisfied by your work i will rehire you for modifications on the site.
