min $50 USD / hour

Need a google sheet where I can daily upload an excel document with four columns and the a fifth column for a note beside each line. The next day I would run this report again and upload again. It would compare against the previous sheet and delete out any duplicate , but if the same line was there before , it would carry that over and the note, but have an additional column for a new update note and keep the original note as well.
