google chrome extension assignment

we have a very big google chrome extension project and part of this project is this assignment. when installed, this google chrome extension should send email to values which it will get from json. use will give permission only when he installs the extension. there will not be more permission afterwards. json will send following information email id subject content --- this extension will be already installed but will execute said action only when user is logged in to his gmail email ID. so, it will not execute on gmail login page but will execute after he is logged in --- as soon as user is logged in, extension will automatically open the compose part, and populate the data which is already downloaded from external link as json which is already stored in temp database of this extension and will send email. all this will happen without user permission (initial permissions are already given by user). if you can do this, please bid with ICANDOTHIS at the start of your bid.
