Game Match Play Tracking System

We have gaming machines that accepts money. As a proprietor, we also match the amount players deposit into games. Currently we track using human memory and and paper. We now want to automate the process via a web interface, where our employees can manage this aspect remotely and at multiple sites. The application shall have 3 modules: 1. Player Registration 2. Player Lookup and Match Play 3. Admin and Reporting --Registration. The manager will register players phone number and name. The system text player confirmation code. The manager creates profile with code give by player. Players profile will store name, mobile number, match limit, memo, and reset cycle. --Match Play When player request a match play, the manager will request phone number. Upon entering phone number, the system will send a unique code to the player's phone. Manager enters this code to record the match play and credit the game accordingly. System will log player info, timestamp, amount match, memo If the reset cycle has not being reached or the match play exceeds limit, an error message pops. --Administration A daily log file will be generated. A historic master log file will be generated. Admin may set the reset cycle time in hours (1-72) This reset cycle can be set globally and/or override by player's individual cycle. This module can generate reports on daily and historic Managers and Admin will have reporting rights Only Admin can change limit and reset cycle The objective of this app is to prevent collusion and fraud by managers and players. Streamline the logging process paperless, and provide business owner instant money transacted. -- Manual process Currently manager writes players name and driver license on sheet of paper with time and amount matched. Players can collude with manager to used an alias to claim another match play. End of day manager reports to owner the daily matches which reflects and corraborates with machine accounting. Banned players are listed and known by shift managers. Players may come play on other shift or in disguise. The application must eliminate these weakness or reduce the risk of employee thet by collusion. - Privacy keep the less identifying information. - Prefer txt gateway over email authentication. - Live reporting feature
