I have read through your project description, and I'm confident that I can deliver the solution you are looking for.
For the last 12 years, I have been working for one of UK's top number providers, and FreeSWITCH is my strongest skill, I have done many solutions similar to what you are looking for. One of the solutions I've developed, include; IVRs for over 10 thousand DIDs, with call recording (for a real-estate company to connect buyers/tenants with sellers/landlords)
I have put 5 days estimated delivery date, but I'll need to know a bit more to give you a more accurate time estimate, as it may be less than 5 days.
I have a few questions relating to the project if you could please give some clarity on;
1) What is the back-end database that FreeSWITCH will be querying?
2) Regarding the CDR data, you mentioned the requirement to search through the records, could you please clarify what your expectations for this are please? As there are multiple approaches to deal with this.
3) Regarding the recorded calls, I understand this to mean you would like the audio recorded on-disk, is that correct, if so, do you have any requirements on the naming scheme of the recorded files?
I would like to offer an additional 2 weeks (after project delivery) of minor alterations/support/maintenance at no cost, to ensure that you are totally satisfied with the end result.
