We are a debt collection agency located in Algeria, we need to integrate a web app on our site in order to let our clients send remind letters ( formal notice )to their debtors through our agency.
The app is quit simple with a form to fill ..data filled is retrieved in a sample letter , and then the user approve terms and conditions.
Admin will then approve requests and a secured tracking number is sent automatically to user in order to check letter status ( Sent, rejected .... )
