(What does our software do? Basically, We add property addresses and numbers to our software, and our software checks the “HPD” website every 30 minutes, and instantly sends us an email notifying us if there are any new complaints or violations filed against any of these properties)

----Here are the 8 Updates we want:-----
1- We want to move software to a FREE web hosting service that allows the software to complete it’s cron jobs. In the past – only Paid webhosts allowed this. (We tried few free webhosts like [url removed, login to view] but their systems “kicked us out” because they flagged us as a virus). Currently our software is on a Free webhost that does not allow it to complete the cron job so it has not Checked the properties in months.
2- The Software should also monitor the same properties on an additional second website.
3- Currently If we put in a wrong/non existing address, and the Cron software cannot find the address, it displays “0”. - instead of –“0”- it should say –“error”-.
4- Some addresses have a few houses on them. If address has more than one house – the Cron should combine ALL the complaints of all the houses.
5- Software only allows one email per property. We should be able to have 3 emails.
6- Software is set to check and run every 30 minutes. We should have the ability to change amount of time between each cron check.
7- Add a button to push that activates the cron job and instantly checks and updates all the properties (without waiting 30 minutes).
8- Add a button to each property that opens the HPD website and opens the complaint section of that property on HPD page.
We will send you a copy of the original software.
Please Note: The website nyc.gov/hpd is down every day for 2 hours, from 1 AM, until 3 AM - Eastern Standard US time. You cannot test the website during these hours.
